School's out for summer! And while that means a change in routine for many of us -- we still need to stay on track with our self care while chasing the kids around. Don't just survive this summer, thrive this season by starting at the core of our health and making sure your gut is healthy.
To help you do just that I've teamed up with Country Life through Moms Meet to offer you a chance to try their Gut Connection multivitamins. Just comment below and share how you commit to your self care during the summer and you'll be entered to win two bottles of Gut Connection:
- Gut Connection Energy Balance -- contains Epicor® to help maintain good digestive and immune health, B-Vitamins to support energy production, and Coffeeberry to provide naturally occurring caffeine to support energy and alertness.
- Gut Connection Immune Balance -- contains Epicor® to help maintain good digestive and immune health, PreticX™ to help feed the probiotics in your gut, and Wellmune® to help the body maintain good health in times of stress
There are also specially formulated multis designed for cognitive balance, energy balance, mood balance, sleep balance, stress balance and weight balance. An unbalanced gut microbiome is a major problem that may lead to bloating, digestive discomfort, and irregular bowel movements. Gut Connection by Country Life is a scientifically formulated range of supplements that connects the gut to individual health issues that matter.
Gut Connection contains an innovative, whole food fermentate prebiotic that feeds the existing probiotics in your gut and helps maintain its lining. This whole food fermentate prebiotic is balanced with clinically researched ingredients for your overall health. I appreciate that these products come with a money back guarantee so there's no risk to see if they are right for you.
I tried out the Gut Connection Digestive Balance for the past few weeks. I felt good knowing I was doing something to help achieve a balance where it matters most. One of the things I appreciated the most was that the product had no funky taste (I'm really sensitive to medicinal tastes). I could take it with water without any lingering aftertaste. The recommended amount is two to four capsules per day, so make sure you have plenty of water on hand. In that light, this giveaway also includes a Country Life metal water bottle to make sure you stay well hydrated.
A 60-count bottle of Gut Connection by Country Life typically retails for $44.95 so this prize is a $90 value and will keep your gut going strong all summer long!
Contest ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 23. One winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.
Gut Connection by Country Life is available to purchase at The Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon, and will be coming soon to other natural health food stores. To find a retailer in your area, visit countrylifevitamins.com/where-to-buy.

I've started walking 1.5 miles at least 3 times a week. It's not much but it's a start.

1.5 miles is nothing to sneeze at! Good for you!

I don’t set the alarm unless necessary, I don’t turn the tv on first thing and I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible

I wake up early every morning (sigh) before my kids to get my workout in. That is my time to myself and focus on my goals.
