Did you hear we Americans have new Nutritional Guidelines recommended by our government? I rolled my eyes at that one. Like I really need the politicians telling me how to feed myself and my family. Surprisingly, I liked what I read. There is some solid advice in these guidelines -- I guess what you would call "common sense." (But as we all know, common sense is not all that common).
